[Resolved] NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — request for pan card re dispatch.

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of yumnam sangita devi which dispatched our address in december 2017. I couldn't receive the pan card as post man he did not inform me and returned back.
Therefore, i requesting my pan card resend to same address and i mentioned our detail below.
