[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — since 29 aug 2018 my amount of rs 7500 not yet credited in my nps account

Amount of rs.7500 was deposited on 29 august 2018, at mumbai gpo-400001 which has not yet reflected in my nps account (Pran number[protected] till date.
Pop office name - india post nps, fort mumbai.
The receipt number for the transaction of rs 7500 is (Nps trust[protected], the copy of the receipt is attached here with.
Resolve the grievance at earliest.

As updated before as well, the provided link https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/Log-your-grievance.php for logging the grievance gives the NOT FOUND error on submitting the complaint. Attached herewith is the screen shot for the same.
I have tried submitting the complaint form an number of times, from all the 3browsers including internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox and chrome but the result is same "NOT FOUND".
Tried to log the complaint 17oct2018 at around 10.15pm, but was still unable to submit the grievance form. It again gave the same error on submitting.
