[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — submitted pan card supporting document offline, but still showing supporting document not received

Dear sir,
I have submitted my pan card supporting document by offline mode through one of the nsdl center in delhi (Karvy data managment services ltd, barakhamba road near barakhamba metro station, new delhi - 110001).

My pan acknowledgement number is : [protected]

I have sumbited document on 22/11/2017. 1 month already passed but no acknowledgement mail is received from the nsdl side. I have also made the payment online.
