[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — unable to apply for pan card correction through online | |||||
Hi, I m k. Santosh, i have applied for pan card through offline, but received the card with wrong surname. Hence trying to apply for online pan correction through the website "https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/registerEndUser.html", but unable to apply. After filling all the required details, getting error "request cannot be processed, try again after some time". Because of this wrong details in my old pan card, i am unable to apply for personal loan in bank. I have also applied through offline for the pan card correction on[protected] to the agent named vinay having a shop named "sv mobiles", but the agent is telling that application is pending at central government office and asking me to wait & not giving any specific time to wait. It is almost 6 months that i have applied for pan card correction through offline, till now i didn't get atleast an acknowledgment number. Whenever i am asking for the pan card to the agent he is mentally harassing me. So please help me to get the new pan card with correct details either from online or through the agent from whom i have applied. Please help me get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
