[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — unable to complete payment during registration

I have started registration through ack no 11029129 and date 07/01/2020. I was unable to complete payment for initial contribution and have been getting the error 'registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime' for the past 1 day. Could you help to resolve this error?
