Hi, My pran no is[protected], i forgot my password & want to create a new password, i tried with forgot password option = instant set/reset password= reset ipin via nodal office., am not sure of this option., i should have tried with sms, now my account is locked and unable to create password., please help here to create new password using sms, i tried contacting nps customer care there is no response [protected] & [protected].
