[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — unable to receive otp

I have successfully completed all the steps for applying the pan card including the payment also but i didn't receive an otp on my registered mobile no.
I checked on aadhar site and there is no problem with aadhar as well as my mobile number... Pls help.
