NSDL — name correction

I have submitted application for name correction in pan card on march 29, 2019. But the pan card has not been delivered yet. After submitting the application, i received the message, whose details are as follows.

Congratulations! You've successfully completed the online application form.
Your pan communication no is: 1421178.
Please quote your pan communication number for all your future communication.

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 11th May 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my e-PAN on same day

But when I used to open an online bank account, They say invalid PAN No.
