[Resolved] NSDL — pan correction | |||||
Sir, Sir i applied for pan wide ack no n -[protected] long back. For that i received two discrepancy letters which too i resolved. After waiting for response for long time, i called to nsdl, they said all documents are clear now, we will update the status. But again i got the status as documents are invalid. Again i called to customer care and they asked for one more proof, i submitted the same. I need the pan on urgent basis. Now since last 11 days the pan card is under process in it department. So they are telling us to wait further more days. But sir everytime am listening the same repies, just wait 3-4 days. Also they are saying it's not in our hand. I complianed to nsdl even, but still same status. I am frustated with the replies. Please help us to get new corrected pan. Whom do we complaint/ cordinate for the same?? Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
