NEVER EVER BUY PLANTS FROM NURSERYLIVE.
They deliver dead and damaged plants and then never respond to complaints. Nor do they refund.

    I have ordered (NLV[protected]) plants on9th Jun2022, no update received so far. They dont have any kind help or call support. I am not sure whether its fraud company. It appears my money got wasted. What are the legal options available. Why goverment not taking action on these kind of companies?

      I had ordered plants in Nurserylive.com, it’s been 10 days since i placed ordered, no mobile is there, no one responding to in chat and in tracking its not showing anything as dispatched, this is scammers, please don’t buy in Nurserylive there are cheaters, in India no one will bother about others this consumer complaint are also wont work, if any one sees this message, Don’t but in Nurserylive.com...

      I paid for 2 indoor plants on 4th of June 2022 in nurserylive.com website. Till now I didn't receive it. I sent mail to [protected]@nurserylive.com, [protected]@nurserylive.com. But no response. I am very much worried.

        My order id is NLV[protected]. I ordered a total of 4 plants. Received one which was bad. When I asked for a replacement they asked me to care for the plant for 15 days and get back. I got back after 15 days but no response! The plant is still in an utterly horrible state.
        Now, the remaining order they didn’t even bother delivering and are now offering a credit note. Which I don’t want. I don’t want to buy anything from nursery live and want a refund instead.
        This is ridiculous!

          The courier did not contact me over phone yesterday. Why he is returning it to you in the first attempt itself. At least he should try twice. What kind of courier is he, without contacting the customer he is returning the item.
          I had previous experience that I made a complaint about not receiving the items. After enquiry you sent the items again. That is why I stopped ordering with you for some time. Again I am having the same problem.
          Now will you resend the plant or arrange for refund.

            It was supposed to be a gift and way past the deadline.

            Customer care number is bogus. Is it fraud site, if so there are so many advertisements on that I request to ban such online firms which cheat customers.

              I have ordered a plant order id NLV[protected] Has not been delivered Uhave ordered it on 25april and they said it will dispatch in 5-8 days but till now it is not recieved they are saying only shipoed within 2-3 days

                I have received only the bottom tray.

                The Plastic pots are not delivered. Pl take the matter seriously and send the undelivered pots 3 nos

                    I had placed 2 orders from nurserylive and since i had very bad experience of first order (received very small size of vase and also order was delayed by more than 3 weeks), I tried cancelling 2 nd order after realising their customer support was really bad. But no where I could cancel the order plus they didn't consider request also over email and I got 4 plants from 2nd order which were of poor quality. This is fake online nursery and received products are much smaller in size compared to shown on website.

                    Check this email thread, customer support is not even reading emails properly and instead of cancelling order they are mentioning that product will soon be shipped.

                            I placed an order for 2 plants around the middle of Jan. The plants arrived after nearly 2 weeks -- way past the promised delivery schedule -- and as expected they dried up in transit. Despite several emails to the company seeking a refund, the company keeps stalling. This is blatant cheating. The company claims some "expert" has to weigh in on the matter but given that i have images of the dead plants to back my claim, i don't understand the delay in issuing a refund. I hope to flag this shady company's malpractices and caution others from falling for their trick like me.

                              I have placed order ( id- NLV[protected]) on 23rd January, 2022. It's been 12 days and order is still under unfulfilled status. I asked customer support via chat ( as only chat support available) multiple times, everytime they are saying it will be dispatched soon. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back. They are not doing that as well and i am stuck in all - neither getting my product nor getting my money back. Such a pathetic service..

                                After getting 4 referrals for the free plants, I got a mail from team nurserylive after opening that mail I got a link which is directed to main nurserylive website again but this time it's showing network error and the network server is down or permanently changed to new address..

                                This is only happening with my mobile & I could open website from other mobiles..

                                Kindly resolve the problem.

                                  I had created my account with nursery live using my Google login last year and ordered some plants. Recently I have been getting emails stating my name as Shakuntala. When I logged in to my nursery live account, I see that my name and address is changed to someone else's. Also my order history is gone. When I contacted the support in August, there is no response even till date.

                                    I ordered a plant with pot order I'd NLV[protected] on 16 th December 2021 . The order was wrongly shown as delivered and emailed me that it has been delivered. But in actual I did not even receive a call or text from them for delivery . This is such a fraudulent thing. The payment of RS79 was made in advance
