First they delivered partial order for one of my orders. Then for another order, no progress was there at all, i.e. no part of the order was even dispatched.
Upon numerous (and I mean at least 50) attempts at reaching them out via FB messenger, their website chat support, emails ([protected]@nurserylive.com, [protected]@nurserylive.com, [protected]@nurserylive.freshdesk.com), linkedin comments, they finally said, items for both the orders are out of stock. For the partially delivered one, they replaced it with an alternate product but didn't ship. For the second order where they was no progress, it is still in the same status, i.e. zero updates!
I am sick and tired of pinging them every single day and receiving the autoreplies. I wish I had never ordered from them.
