I ordered for rosemary plant worth 299 and they send me dead plant. After complaining they said they will send replacement item along with my next order (added the chat history below). But they didn't send me the replacement and when I chatted they are claiming that they sent the item, initially they said it will be in separate shipment, but later on they said it was in the same box.
