I got in touch with NurseryLive based on their email promotion looking for franchise partners. Jugal Patel who was the executive then in contact connected me with one of the founders Satender Kumar. Based on their promises I decided to pay the advance of 10, 000 INR for a franchise in Hyderabad. They informed me that in the case I decide not to take up the franchise, I can get a full refund of the advance paid towards the same.
After payment of the amount on 29/04/2022, I received the invoice from them with company name as EXPERTTAG ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. However, after a few month I decided not to go ahead with the franchise and asked for a refund of the same. I have been pushing for this refund from 29/12/2022. By this time the initial executive in contact Jugal Patel's number was not working. So, I started reaching out to Satender Kumar for a resolution. Despite contacting him multiple times he has never responded to my calls. He has responded to texts saying that they will process the refund twice in total over the period of these many months.
Till now there has been no refund from them and no response to my queries. Was this information helpful? |
