Placed an order on 24th March, 2021 with NURSERY LIVE after frequently seeing their Instagram ads (and so started following their page.) posts and stories seemed genuine so placed an order but until now I have not received any email confirmation from their end. i don't know how to track my order or whom to speak to.
the day i was about about to place the order i had reached the last step and realised my account was short of the amount so i waited till my husband transferred the required money. pronto i got a call from nursery live sales agent on my phone asking me why i am not closing the deal and i said i was waiting for cash transfer. i should have considered that call as a red flag but i was so convinced with their online page and i feel cheated now. I'm unable to retrieve that number it seems to have mysteriously disappeared from my log.
i tried chatting on 29th with their online sales agent and he told me they will look into it. response received on Instagram was better comparatively initially but now they read my messages but no reply. it has been nine days now and I'm really disappointed in their behavior. i paid Rs. 829 for 5 indoor plants and i have received nothing but disappointment from their end.
