Hi Team,
This is regarding my shipment NLV[protected]. I have shared my address as requested and got confirmation that I will receive my delivery in 2/3 days. It has been more than 4 days. Could you please confirm my delivery.

It has an unpleasant experience in receiving what is promised after paying the shipment charges. I have referred it to my friends and family members however still confused if this was a spam to promote your products and not fulfill the promise of free good luck plants. I believe customer satisfaction is considered to gain customer base.
