[Resolved]  NurseryLive — nurserylive - money debited twice for a single order.

I ordered some seed of ₹239. The payment gateway is faulty and the first transaction failed but my bank account got debited. The second attempt at payment was successful. So, my bank account was charged twice (₹239+₹239=₹478) for a single order and I didnt get any refund and reversal of the amount debited. The excess money was just lost.
The customer care at nurserylive did nothing to help me in this matter.
