[Resolved] NurseryLive — nurserylive - money debited twice for a single order. | |||
I ordered some seed of ₹239. The payment gateway is faulty and the first transaction failed but my bank account got debited. The second attempt at payment was successful. So, my bank account was charged twice (₹239+₹239=₹478) for a single order and I didnt get any refund and reversal of the amount debited. The excess money was just lost. The customer care at nurserylive did nothing to help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
