My order id is NLV[protected]. I ordered a total of 4 plants. Received one which was bad. When I asked for a replacement they asked me to care for the plant for 15 days and get back. I got back after 15 days but no response! The plant is still in an utterly horrible state.
Now, the remaining order they didn’t even bother delivering and are now offering a credit note. Which I don’t want. I don’t want to buy anything from nursery live and want a refund instead.
