Respected sir,
I am using your stb since 2 years. Nxt cable operators proving me worst service and m very unhappy with your service. I contacted several local cable operators, but they are irresponsible. I am not viewing channels with respect to the amount i am paying to you. They give us useless reason for my problem. Many customers from our area are facing this problem.
I find errors regarding the signal frequently on the television screen and all channels are getting struck i get irritated with that. I want you to provide me all the channels for which i am paying.
I hope you will notice the complaint and resolve it soon. Other wise refund my money early. Atleast who is reading this please solve issue and tell nxt cable operators to provide better service to their costumers. Was this information helpful? |
