I am a customer of nxt digital cable services, from jammu, jammu and kashmir.
The cable operators in my area are swastik cable network.
It has been continuously 6 days that our set top box has not recieved any signal and we have not seen any channel.
The settop box says error5.
When this error first came, we contacted our cable operator and he said that the connection will come soon in 10 min. But still no signal came.
After that i contacted him more than 50 times but he didn't pick even a single call.
I have three phone numbers ([protected] ; [protected]) of the cable operator but not even a single one is working.
I request u to please look deeply into this matter and if possible, take strict actions against the cable operator.
