I had purchase 2 dresses from Nyka, 1 was returned due to size. The company claims they have already refunded on the 20 days back but my bank does not have any kind of intimation or reversal received. I have asked them numerous times to provide me the ARN number which is very common as it instantly generated once money is refunded. After asking them to atleast call me they promise they will but they dont, they are just taking customers for granted and behave indifferent if there is an issue.
