Prior to this experience Nykaa used to be one my most trusted e-commerce stores online. Lately though, their customer services have been pretty sub-standard. Canceling orders without any intimation, not being available over telephone, etc.

It has been 20 days since the order was placed. The said shipment reached my delivery pincode by 28th June. Since then the shipment has been lying there unaddressed.
I've been in constant touch over email with Nykaa's customer support team, 4 staff members have exchanged emails with me.
And all they do is, express their profound apologies since the past 16 days.
I've been asking for an alternative shipment initially, but now I'm going for cancellation and refund.
And they've been ingnoring both my requests.
Desirable resolution: full refund.
