I had ordered some items on 13 december 2018 but i wanted to cancel one item from my order, so i spoke to them but they told me not to accept the order at the time of delivery. I did the same but they have not refunded the amount. I had mailed them but they said they have initiated the refund on 27.12.2018 and will reflect in account within 7 days.
