[Resolved] Nykaa — missing product | |
I had ordered a bunch of things from nykaa and found one product to be missing : the shikakai harbal powder. The physical copy of my order had no such item listed. The online version of my order told me that i had been charged for this product. I contacted nykaa's support and way told about their return policy. I told him clearly again and again, that i want this product that i paid for only to hear again of their 5 day return policy. This policy does not cover a missing product, so why does nykaa's agent try to be so useless? I opened a ticket complaining of this and informing them that i have paid for the product and still wanted it. Again, the same agent posted the 5 day return policy, did not consult me and then marked my ticket as 'solved'. I opened another, did not hear from them and saw that new ticket also marked as 'solved'. I have been a nykaa 'prive' member and i have spent a lot on just this order. Nykaa keeps ignoring my request for the product and also refuses to acknowledge that the missing product is their fault. Hence, they refuse to give me the product or refund the money i paid for it. I am extremely angry and frustrated. This whole ordeal has left me feeling disgusted by a brand i used to love and support. Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They refunded the amount in my nykaa wallet after confirming with me. It took some days though, around 4-5 days. | |
