I placed a return request for order ID NYK[protected].
The request was denied without a satisfactory response. I shared the images which clearly show that the product was received in damaged condition. I also attached pictures of the box, seal and invoice.
The return is for Miss Clair Aqua Rouge Lipstick 306 which is damaged and Biotique Pretty Poison Lipstick which is entirely different in reality from the colour it was advertised.
Both products are unused and kept safely in the package. The return request was rejected without anyone coming to see the package or product for verification. I contacted the customer service number but they were unable to provide any clarity as to why the return request was rejected.
I expect a satisfactory response for why my request was denied despite images showing that products are not up to mark. I want the return to be initiated immediately and for the refund to be processed. Was this information helpful? |
