Nykaa.com — about my missing product

I have ordered face shop brightening lotion on nykaa. But the i have got the package without the product. I have raised a complaint against it. But they are telling that all products are dispatched. I have got only the products in free with it. And the product price is 1690 rupees. I have emailed to nykaa support but they are not responding. Please i want solution for this missing product of mine
