Nykaa.com — amount deducted but order not confirmed | |||||
Tried to buy 3 product from nykaa today. I’ve made payment debit card n the payment has done n the amount is debit from my account. Also got transaction ref. Number but still order has not been placed. No order no number, no email, no order details are appearing in nykaa account. They haven’t send any msg or email that order has placed. All the items still in my cart. Plz place my order or refund my amount.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
