Nykaa.com — delivery issue

I’m getting texts on daily basis that product is undelivered because delivery guy tried to contact me and i didn’t respond but the reality is no one called me.
I called like 20 times on customer care number and every day they told me that product is rescheduled for next day!!

They are doing nothing to solve this issue. They’re just trying to delay the issue! It’s really frustrating

I want a quick response!

I had ordered 11 items from nykaa of which only 4 have been delivered but full payment has been done. Also, no one is responding regrading the same and giving a clarity of the delivery. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as I have payed for the missing products as well and I don't want a refund.

I purchase two color bar products and offer is that if we purchase above 899 then free lipstick of color bar is also dispatched but free product is not dispatched
