Nykaa.com — fake offers!!

Nykaa is such a fraud company. My order nyk[protected] contained two items. One of them being fiama di wills lemongrass and seaweed soap pack of 4 worth rs. 286. The order was supposed to be delivered by their delhi based courier partner wow express which took 8 days to deliver the product after several complaints made to the nykaa care. When the order was delivered i was shocked to see that they delivered me fiama di wills lemongrass and jojoba soap pack of 3 worth rs. 186. I immediately contacted their support team and raised my issue but their customer care executive told me that the product is out of stock. I asked her that if the product is out of stock then why do you guys display it on your website. She replied that it takes time to update on the website. Clearly they fool people by their fake offers as how long does it take to update on the website. Pathetic!!
