Nykaa.com — missing product | |||
I had placed an order numbered[protected] and out of 12 products, one was missing i. E., the nyx bright idea illuminating stick - chardonnay shimmer. After several complaints over email, phone etc. The supervisor sent me some pictures of the parcel, taken in the warehouse and i was very disappointed to see state that it doesn’t match the products i received.in fact, the nykaa foundation stick that i did recieve is not even visible in the picture. Thereby, a clear indication of the fact that this picture is most definitely not a picture of the parcel i recieved. I’d be extremely grateful if you may please look into the same and find me a suitable resolution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have attached a photograph for you to see the condition of the products that have been delivered to me by Nykaa. Poor quality control from their end. Replace it, refund it, do whatever you like but sort it out and get it done in a day or two. Thank you
