Nykaa.com — not providing refund for a cancelled item | |||
I had ordered two products from nykaa together. One of which I have received. Seven days back a nykaa executive called me and said that he want to cancel my remaining order with nykaa as the product is out of stock. My question is if the product is out of stock why on Earth they are showing it as in stock? Whatever, as the product was not there the executive asked my permission to cancel it and said that he would refund the all ready paid amount back to my nykaa wallet. Seven days have passed neither I got the product nor did they refund my own money back to me. When I am calling them repeatedly they are unable to solve this simple problem. I think it's shameful in their end and would expect that consumer forum would take adequate steps against nykaa.com. Was this information helpful? | |||
