Nykaa.com — not refunding my amount and misbehave

Buyed infuse my color shampoo from nykaa product is not received in good condition inappropriate package and now there team is not taking product back and customer service talking inappropriately.there representative is making excuses for infuse color company they are not ready to take the responsibility of their own sold product which is not at all the right way.
