Nykaa.com — Nyaa has given damaged item and not giving the return money | |||||
One month back I bought an item which was damaged. Nykaa took 2 weeks to take the item back, and I had to literally call each day requesting same. Now, it's been 20 days I haven't received my payment back! I am mailing them every day without fail but they are forwarding the same mail saying they are working on this issue. Please refer screen shot, 38 mails sent and all they are ding is sending me same mail everytime. I need a solution. Anybody reading this, Kindly help ! I need my money back from Nykaa.
