Nykaa.com — online paid product not getting delivered | |||
Ticket number 3222851. Already filed a complaint. No action taken. Online payment done. Courier people not coming to my place to deliver. No courier people calling also before coming. Detailed address is given with landmarks. Again shared the address to them with attempt delivery date. They don't care. Customer service is very bad as no positive outcome is received. Just getting mails and messages that your order is out for delivery without doing actual delivery. Dear aanchal chilwal, your nykaa e retail's shipment with awb no p[protected] is out for delivery and will be delivered today by wow express. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have received a text from Nykaa.com that I will be charged Rs.349 through UPI. I don't know why? I have sent a mail to Nykaa's customer support but got no respond.
