Nykaa.com — order not placed and amount debited from my account | |
I have placed an order of rs 602 but order was not placed and items are still visible in my cart and amount was debited from my account. Kindly check what is the issue why my order is not placed. I also called the customer care of nykaa and they said my transaction was failed but i didnt recieved any message regarding transaction failed.. Kindly resolved the issue asap. Refund my money so that i can place the order once again or confirm the same order Was this information helpful? | |

I placed order on July 17th but still it is not delivered, service is very poor and customer care executives are not helping, 20 onwards I have only messages, failed to delivery...no attempt for contact no phone calls, I pre paid for this, really perplexing
