Nykaa.com — order status showing delivered, it's been 19 days and 90% order not delivered

My order was placed on 16th of October, on 18th it was supposed to be delivered, but I saw later that my delivery had failed and I didn't know why. On checking I found that although the address was correct, my phone number given was incorrect. Despite the fact part of my order was delivered to me on time.

So I updated my number via Nykaa's app multiple times as the app had issues and it was not taking it and so I also informed through Nykaa support to provide Delhivery with my correct phone number, 1 time on mail and 1 time verbally.

Post which I saw my delivery in transit mode. I kept following up with Nykaa as it was taking a lot of time. On 25th of October when I checked again, I found my order was already delivered on 23rd of October. I checked with the security and my neighbors, non of them had collected my order.

Upon inquiring with Nykaa, they provided me with the POD(proof of Delivery) which had a false signature (it was 3 lines scribbled in place of signature) and was written received by me ( My name).

I never received my order and since then I have been following up with Nykaa on either delivery of my order or a refund against it and haven't found any resolution from Nykaa's side.

More than that it is with utter disappointment that I have to say that the false DOP with forged signature is completely unacceptable and so is Nykaa's support in all this. The support team is constantly mailing me the same mail everytime I enquire stating the below
"We have forwarded your request to the relevant team. We will revert you with an update at earliest. We will do our very best to service you.
We appreciate your patience, and are happy to serve you if you have any further queries or concerns in the interim."

I have received the above mail around 4-5 times now and trust me I'm loosing patience now and it has been very frustrating. My around 600 bucks are on stake and every other day I'm spending either calling these people or mailing them. So disappointed with Nykaa.

I hope to listen from both of you and for one of you to find a resolution to this or else I will be forced to take matters legally.
