[Resolved]  Nykaa.com — product not delivered

I placed an order[protected] on 7th sept amounting to 776 rs which is not delivered till now. I called the customer care and tried to cancel it to get a refund. That didnt help me either. Aramex is the courier partner who couldnt be contacted. The tracking id is [protected]. There are no updates on the order since 9th sept, 2017. I have tried to tweet/post in public forums like facebook and twitter but no help. I tried contacting the customer care of nykaa.com/aramex but no help. I cannot think that such fraud and hopeless shopping and courier companies do exist in india. Please help to get me my refund/money back.
