Nykaa.com — product not delivered yet | |||||
I ordered on 22nd july and fully paid. Order #[protected] shipped through ecom express and still i’ve not received. It reached my place on 24th july itself and courier is not updating the status in the app and just keeping the product with them. No proper response from nykaa customer care as well. I am calling the customer care almost every day and they just say they are requesting urgent delivery and it will be delivered in 24 hrs. It’s happening since 24yh july and till now i’m getting the same response from customer care agent vinit prasad. The issue stops with agents itself and they don’t escalate to higher management. If the courier doesn’t deliver by mentioned date, nykaa should punish the courier and deliver products free of cost. Some action should be taken.
