Nykaa.com — products are not delivered | |||||
I had placed a prepaid order on 04 Oct and received a message on 05 Oct 2018, that i will receive it the same day. i waited in office till 7.45 pm but no one came. i received a message at 8.16 pm saying product was delivered. AS it was an office address I assumed it was handed over to someone, which i havent authorised. I came back to office next day and checked there was nothing. i still checked everywhere but no one had received it. after complaining, i received a mail from Nykaa with Proof of delivery, a cross for a signature no name of person mentioned. This is the most ridiculous way to deliver products, i have lost my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Why does it shows fail delivery attempt when it was already delivered and I'm using the product Right now? It has happened twice now and I'm concerned about that .
I hope you guys will look at the problem.
