[Resolved] Nykaa.com — products not received | |
This is rediculous I ordered products from nykaa have not received all the products ...sent email and customer consultant she asked me for receipt box and products I received I sent her... Now bloody I m getting email from nykaa no resolution what u guys mean sent partial order and take full amount from customer for nothing What u think we have money from trees to give it you guys I need my products or my money Badest customer experience I want to give her -0 rating I have not got my products I paid the money for nothing Do we have option before paying to courier we open box first and pay only what in the box Another consultant pqrshant kuratti bloody hell you checked ware house and in my box why it’s half products I paid full amount...take your half products back and refund my full amount why I have to pay for that bloody cheap products and what I received nothing that’s rediculous Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered two items on April 9, the order details shown that it is packed and shipped but further no improvement in order delivery. After that another ordered item has delivered in this address. Why this much delay happening for a prepaid item? I couldn't track the product.

Today (14.04.19)Few minutes before, I tried to place order in nykaa where amount is debited from my SIB account but order is not placed.I didn't get any acknowledgement that status of my order placed it still in my cart and i try to order cosmetics which is about to 4 things worth 692rs., please return my money or place order. Please.

Same case has happened with me order number: NYK[protected], I had ordered 3 products one mini kit was free with hair oil, I havent received the product but have received 2 free kits, that makes the product count 4.
Have been chasing nykaa since long, but according to them everything is good at their end.
Its so careless of nykaa that they are not trusting the customer. They should check their logistic packing teamm who is cheating customers. Also its not just one incident that has happened. Its a nice way to do fraud and loot people with their hard earned money.
I really dont care who took the product, or who is at fault, I want my, money back.

I complaint at nykaa from one weeek no resolution
I reported complaint straight away after delivery and reported about missing products on 13th April
Missing products are:
1.dermaroller
2.Bblunt mahogany hair Color
3. Bblunt brown hair color
Nykaa consultant
Parshant called ne asked me and said he will resolve my issue then I getting email they quality checked their warehouse
Bloody helll I need my products or else my money back ask ur courier boy did he taken off or what I don’t know about your warehouse packing and all that willl you guys give customers a option before accepting packages or delivery from nykaa open the box and check and something missing not to pay for that ...
I paid the money it’s hard earned money I neeed my money back or products I have paid for
