[Resolved] Nykaa.com — refund issue and terrible indifference from customer care | |
I ordered one night dress from nykaa on 11th september. I paid rs 740 online through my debit card. I got a mail from them saying that my dress got shipped through bluedart on the very next day. But later on 15th sept i got an email saying bluedart couldn't deliver order to my address so they returned it and my refund will be initiated within 5 business days. I waited patiently for 5 days but i didnt get my refund. I contacted nykaa again and they said refund has already been initiated on 15th sept and money must have credited to my coount. I replied them with my bankstatement copy. They replied me that they will check and inform me back but nothing happened. I chatted with their customer service on nykaa site and they said they have again reported it to concerned department and i will get feedback with 2 hrs.. Nothing happened.. Again i mailed them but they told me the samething over again and again stating refund is already credited. So again i replied them with another copy of bank statement but till now no response.. Extremely disappointed with such careless response from nykaa. The worst experience i got from an online shop.
