Dear sir, I have received my order item on 4th jan, 2020 but product quality was so chip and worthless. So i want to apply return and get refund for the same If customer not satisfied about the product. So they want to be applying return. But your online application portal showing like that doesn't applying return. If i can not use it so why i can't applying return. This is very ridiculous system in nykaa. it's been more than a week.
The customer care keeps telling me 2-3 days more and stuff like that but NOTHING is being done. No replacement nor refund.
