Nykaa.com — the product was very bad and I have two of them | |
I got a lakme creme from nykaa and the product was not good. If i am talking to your customer care then they are saying that they do not take used products wherever i have used it only once and this was a creme. No one can judge a packed creme. One can only tell the difference after using it. Moreover there was 5 days delay in my delivery. I got it on 25th jan and the due date was 20 jan The customer care girls are not helping me. I talked to two persons, one is vineeta and other was poonam. Poonam was very rude and she directly refused to help me. My order number: awb #sf33581356ner You should see the details of my products and talk to the customer care executive about how they have talked to me. Poonam was telling me that you have ordered online and this will happen, does she mean not to shop online or not to shop from nykaa? If you guys cannot handle request of a customer then this website must be down. I just want to either exchange the product or refund me because i ordered two cremes and it is of no use to me now. It was a really very bad experience shopping with nykaa this time. If any person of your team can tell the difference between two products without using them, only by seeing its packaging then i will withdraw the request straight away.
