Nykaa.com — to refund my money back | |
I was ordering some products from nykaa.com on 10 october 2019 of amount rs 525. After payment (Phone upi) due to transaction failure i was unable to place the order but the money got deducted from my bank account.in most of the cases the amount deducted in transaction failure will be refunded in 2-4 days. After 4 days when i have not recieved my money i contacted phonepe and sbi both. They said that your transaction was successful and the amount got credited into merchants bank account (Nykaa's axis bank account no.[protected]. When i contacted nykaa they are denying that we haven't recieved money as the placing order was unsuccessful. Nykaa isn't refunding my money. And when i contact to their customers care they always say that we have forwarded your complaint to the senior department. I am helpless now

We regret to inform you that there was an issue in processing the payment from the third party/bank and therefore your order was not placed.
In most cases, any money deducted for failed transactions is reversed within 24-48 working hours. As we understand, the deducted amount has not reversed yet to your account.
This is to inform you that we have escalated this issue to the payment gateway, we request you to please allow us 2-3 business days. As soon as we get revert from them, we will update you via email.

We had escalated this issue to the relevant department, as per their confirmation the payment is not received by Nykaa. You will have to contact your bank and file a dispute/chargeback against the transaction.
