[Resolved] Nykaa.com — Wrong product delivered
I have received a wrong product from Nykaa.com.
I have emailed them many times but they have not responded.
My order number is -ORDER #[protected] . This happened on 9/06/2016.
i have ordered a Richfeel Brahmi Hair pack worth 550Rs from Nykaa.com
instead they delivered me Richfeel Shampoo worth 150rs.
The invoice is clearly stating the product is 150rs.
When ever i call them the customer support tells me to email with the attachments and they will respond in 48hrs. but they are not responding to my email as well.
I want a refund .
