O-GENERAL — room a.c complaint

Dear sir,
I've an 1.5 ton split room a.c. From 15 days it is not working. I've complained to the toll free no. ([protected]) of the comp. They said that the engineer will come within to days. But no one comes. I again complained for it but again there is no response from them. I've complained many times, every time i get same response that your a.c will be repaired within 2 days. After that i received a call from comp. side. The person, from the other side, said that i am calling from o-general. And i will be there tomorrow. I said ok. But the next day he was not come. I call him but he had not received my call. I call many times but he was not receiving. Then i call from another no. He picked up the call. When i told him that i am calling for my a.c repairing, he said that i am not able to listen your voice and he said, hello hello, and cut the phone. This kind of behaviour from the employee of a reputed company is not good for the reputation of the company. I am giving you the employees phone no. From which I have received the call, [protected] is the no. of that person, and request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.
