I also joined that company and they did same to me as well. I will suggest you that you do the same with them. Just ask them to send a verified pan no and gstin no of the company then I will surely pay money. And also ask the lawyer to provide his enrollment I'd bcoz I need to verify it. As at the joining time you have taken a proof of mine same I need a verified proof of yours and the company .Don't be rude to them but play smart. And record the calls that they or you are making to them. Just be fearless and don't mumble your voice.

Unnecessarily threating me to pay the penalty of Rs 12, 500.I had applied for the job two months before, but I was not able to do for some reasons .Till date no warnings, mails were send to me.Today suddenly the company is asking me to pay the penalty.This is totally wrong .please help me how to deal with this.

Hii frds, same thing done with me, thay call me again n again for clear all penalty, thay collect last time from me 44k because I m so afraid from them, thay said u r free from all penalty, today thay call me for another penalty form court, and sent msg to come in court for date, yaar I m totally stuck on this matter, kuch bhi nahi kiya Tab bhi bhugatna pad raha hai koi Kuch Karo year.
