Odexpay — lost my money

I paid 499 in odexpay for upgrade my premium membership. But still don't get any surveys from company. This company is a big fraud so pls don't pay any amount. Before any payment they seems to very helpful by their mail service. But after payment they will never respond any email. I trust them it really hearting me pls give my money back. It will really help me a lot thanks

Updated by Monika Kamboj Dear sir I m very great full i[censored] remove my complaint from your complaint board. Because it is solved by the company and my all issues are now cleared. I lodged a complaint against odexpay on 7june 2018. But today I receive an email from their side which clear my issues and this is not a fraud company but it takes some time. But I think I m cheated again by another company then I submit a complaint but now I want to remove this complaint and I m very hopeful from ur side that u help me by remove my complaint.thank u

Dear sir I want to take my complaint back as the company solved my issue. I lodged a complaint on 7 June 2018 against odexpay.but today I receive an email from their side which can solve my all issues. Thanks team odexpay and you also
