I initially booked my cab at 7 am to reach gurgaon by 8:30. Mohd zahid the driver picked the phone and after hearing gurgaon he denied duty. Then again i booked and spoke to manottam he said he would reach in 5 mins and after waiting g for 15mins i called and he kept disconnecting my phone. It was by then 7:25 i spoke to ola customer care n she booked a cab driver name is ashok he said to reach in 10 mins, however, as again his phone went not reachable and didn't reach. I then spoke to poonam devi from escalation desk she ensured to get another cab for me with out even understanding my concern. When i said that ola had wasted my time n money in calling n waiting for their drivers. She starting blaming me when i said that ola has to compensate this ride. I had a meeting at 8:30 am n she said if the meeting was so imp you should have done it with some other company. Illogical answers were given to me, even if i had booked another cab they would have taken their own time. So i waited for ola to come as they kept promising to reach. Still poonam said at 8 am that you would reach gurgaon from east delhi on time 8:30. Didn't know ola has flying gares..
I have been a loyal customer to ola and had booked numerous time, howeve, this was not expected from ola. Sad point poonam kept blaiming me.
I just want ola to compensate for this ride i had taken. I am sure ola could do this as they wasted my money and time 1 hr is not less than o wait. Was this information helpful? |
