Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — #[protected] blocked account | |||||
I had open ola app near 7:00 pm at rajaji nagar metro station on 5th dec 2018 to book a cab. Although i didn’t book any as my destination was quite nearby and some o[censored]s whom i was traveling with decided to walk. Till this point the app was working fine, now near 10:00 pm at banashankari metro station the suddenly the app stated my account was blocked. Since i was blocked, i was not able to call ola customer support. I used a different number to call and ask for the reason for my account blockage. Unable to provide me the reason i asked the tac guy to transfer my call to his supervisor but he told me to that he would let his supervisor get in touch with me. In meanwhile, i wrote an email to [protected]@olacabs.com asking the reason on 9th december, got a mail stating to wait for 24 hrs to get my account unblocked. On dec 10th i received a call from ola asking me about this situation and i told him the status to which he suggested to reply and say my account is still not unblocked, which i did. On 13th december i received an email stating that my account was unblocked and i can continue booking without any hassle. I tried booking a cab on 14th dec but the app still showed account blocked. I sent an email on 14th dec (No reply). Sent again on 23 dec and got a reply stating that your account is permanently blocked due to ola policy violation without giving any specific reason. Also, i can't withdraw my from my ola wallet due to this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
