Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — about extra fare | |||
I have taken a ola auto raid in bangalore the total km i have traveled is about 7 km so the fare has to be around 80rs but the ola charged 168 rs so i need an explanation for this in convenience and i want you to refund my money which has charged extra, i had so much trust in ola but this experience of mine made very bad impression on my opinion soo kindly customer service people solve this problem Thanking you. I am saibal basuroy, partner in ola. My car is running in ola. Today i am shocked, ola charge to panalte Rs. 533.i call to ola customer care, but ola repragentative given to answer me.
